Process Serving has been a part of our day-to-day business since Bristol Debt Recovery was formed. Inevitably when a case has gone through legal proceedings there will be the need for Process Servers. There are many laws that need to be adhered to in this area. At Bristol Debt Recovery we have in excess of 15 years experience serving petitions and demands on hard to find evasive creditors.

It is imperative that good service is made on all creditors to avoid any problems further down the line which could jeopardise your case. We keep all of our clients updated throughout the process.

Bristol Debt Recovery although based in Bristol, serve documents all over the UK, nowhere is out of reach. If need be our process servers swear affidavits in order for there to be no doubt that service was made.

Process Serving Pricing (Non Urgent Basis)

•  Up to 25 miles – £75
• 26 – 100 miles – £125
• 101 – 150 miles – £150
• 151 – 200 miles – £175
• 201 – 250 miles – £200
• Over 251 miles – £250

Process Serving Pricing (Urgent Basis)

• Up to 25 miles – £100
• 26 – 75 miles – £150
• 76 – 100 miles – £175
• 101 – 150 miles – £200
• 151 – 200 miles – £225
• 201 – 250 miles – £250
• 251 – 300 miles – £275
• Over 300 miles – £350

All mileages are calculated on Google maps planner. Fastest routes would always be taken from our offices in Bristol.
